The current mobile app for the car-sharing service presents significant usability challenges, making navigation difficult and leading to a subpar user experience. It lacks modern features such as dark mode, which diminishes user satisfaction, and falls short in terms of usability and visual appeal compared to competing apps. These issues limit the app’s competitiveness in the market. A complete redesign is necessary, along with the development of a supporting landing page/website to effectively guide web users to the App Store and Google Play.
